October 29 - November 2

Physical Education:Students will be finishing their Football or Soccer Units by participating in small-sided games.  Starting Wednesday November 31, all classes will be starting a Volleyball Unit.  Students will practice volleyball skills such as bumping, setting, serving, passing, and spiking by applying the skills to small-sided games in class. 

 - All acticites in physical education are designed to keep students engaged in fitness activities that promote a healthy lifestyle and life-long participation. 

(IF THE WEATHER DOESN'T PERMIT OR THE IS NOT ENOUGH GYM SPACE FOR A GIVEN ACTIVTY, STUDENTS WILL TAKE PART IN AlTERNATIVE ACTIVITIES IN THE GYMNASIUM SUCH AS BASKETBALL, WALKING, BADMINTON, DODGEBALL ETC.)

PE GRADES ARE BASED ON PARTICIPATION.  SIMPLY JUST CHANGING YOUR CLOTHES DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU WILL BE RECEIVING FULL CREDIT!!!!!!!

October 22 - October 26

Physical Education:
1st period (11/12) - Football Unit  - Students will be engaged in football activities such as punt & go, ultimate football, and flag football.  All activities will require students to throw, catch, run, and be engaged in team games.


2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, and 7th Periods - Soccer Unit - Students will take part in relay races, skill activities that include dribbling, kicking, & passing, and small sided soccer games.
