Outside Activities - Students will be taking part in Ultimate Frisbee and Kick/Wiffle Ball activities. Students will have the choice between either activity. Students may also have the choice to partner up and play catch with a frisbee if they do not want to play a game. (Other activities such as Botchee-Ball, Golf, and Long-Distance Walks may be offered on select days.)

Cooperative Team Games -
If it nice, students will take part in the cooperative games outside, but if not, students will vote on games in the gymnasium. Each class may be a different activity, but students are expected to give their best effort no matter the activity. Options for team games will include Soccer, Football, Floor-Hockey, Dodge-ball, Basketball, Kick-Ball, Wiffle-Ball, Ultimate Frisbee, or Volleyball. If there is enough gym space, students will vote on the activities, but larger classes may be forced to take part in certain activities due to space constraints.
**Personal Fitness in the
weight-room or Long Distance Walks may also be offered to certain classes due to space constraints.**

Missed classes are counted as zeros, so make sure classes are being made up!

1st, 4th, and 5th Periods also 3rd ODD and 7th ODD, - Dodge-ball unit leading up to Easter and TAT's Dodge-ball tournament. Alternative activities such as yoga, weight-room, and badminton may be offered for students who do not want to take part in the dodge-ball games.

3rd and 7th Periods (EVEN DAYS) - Our 9th and 10th grade students will not have to change for P.E. class all week. They will be reporting to the auditorium for a depression presentation from the Wellness Health Education Center. Depression is the leading undiagnosed illness amongst teens and only 30% of teens suffering from depression receive any type of treatment. Therefore, we felt it would be beneficial to increase our students' awareness on the topic.
** Students in the 3rd and 7th Period ODD Days will have the lecture on April 15, 17, and 19**
