1st Period - Personal Fitness Activities - weight-room or yoga.
2nd & 5th Periods - Basketball or Dodge-ball activities.
3rd Period - Badminton or Floor Hockey activities.
7th Period - Kick/Rat Ball activities.

All activities in physical education are designed to keep students
engaged in fitness activities that promote a healthy lifestyle and
life-long participation.
(IF THE WEATHER DOESN'T PERMIT
OR THE IS NOT ENOUGH GYM SPACE FOR A GIVEN ACTIVTY, STUDENTS WILL TAKE
PART IN AlLTERNATIVE ACTIVITIES IN THE GYMNASIUM SUCH AS BASKETBALL,
WALKING, BADMINTON, DODGEBALL ETC.)
PE GRADES ARE BASED ON
PARTICIPATION. SIMPLY JUST CHANGING YOUR CLOTHES DOES NOT MEAN THAT YOU
WILL BE RECEIVING FULL CREDIT!!!!!!!
Missed classes are counted as zeros, so make sure classes are being made up!
